Short meetings
Change the default meeting time on your calendar from an hour to 30 minutes, or less. Almost all meetings can be shortened to a half hour and you can easily save hours a day by keeping meetings as short as possible.
Use content
Whether you’re a blogger/journalist or not, you should have your own site and you should produce content. You can then use that content as a resource you send people to answer questions or provide feedback. Instead of writing it every time, just send the link.
Text replacements
Use the feature buried deep in the iPhone’s menu called Text Replacement (on Android it’s called Personal dictionary) to set up shortcuts for words, phrases, or paragraphs you use often
