How to Regain Your Energy at Work

Happy Sunday! Welcome back to SUNDAYS & BUSINESS, This week features Tzvi Schwartz from EOS Worldwide with 3 easy to implement tips on How to Regain your Energy at Work.

Focus on what sparks your passion.

Feeling drained at work is usually not because you’ve done too much but because you’ve done too little of what sparks a light in you. Focus on your unique characteristics and natural talents to remain energized and achieve great results.

Delegate everything else.

Identify what needs to be delegated. Start by making 4 boxes. Title each box as follows: Love/Great, Like/Good, Don’t Like/Good, Don’t Like/Not Good. Over the next few weeks, write down every task you do in one of these boxes. The goal is to eventually delegate EVERYTHING that isn’t in the box labeled Love/Great.

Learn how to delegate.

  • Determine Clear Capabilities needed (skills, resources) to ensure you are delegating to the right person.
  • Create Clear Expectations (objectives, outcomes).
  • Schedule Clear Feedback (check-ins, milestones) to keep things on track.
  • Establish Clear Consequences (reward/recognition, or removal) to ensure you delegated the task to the right person.

We hope you found this week’s episode insightful and helpful.
