1. Time-Tracking Only

– $12 per user per month

1. Payroll

– $12 per employee per month
– $59 company base fee per month

1. Premium Payroll

– $16 per. user per month
– $99 company base fee per month

Admin and User Roles #

• Every company receives at least one free admin.
• Additional admins incur a user fee of $12 per user per month.
• If a single user holds multiple roles (e.g., both admin and employee), you are not cherged extra for the admin role.
• Admin access does not incur extra charges if the user is already counted as an employee or contractor using the same email address.

Employee and Contractor Billing #

• Employees and contractors are billed separately due to different reporting requirements, filings, and tax obligations.
• If a user is both an employee and a contractor, charges apply for each role.

Employee Count Calculation #

• The employee count is determined by the highest number of employees during a billing cycle.
• To avoid charges for inactive employees:

– Dismiss any employees who are no longer active before the billing cycle ends.
– You will not be billed for employees who are dismissed and have not been active during the billing cycle.

Note:

• Up to admin is free per company; additional admins are $12 each.
• Users with multiple roles (admin + employee) using the same email address are only charged once per user, except when the roles are employee and contractor, in which case both are billed.
