Adding an Admin to the System #

Admins may need to invite new admins or upgrade existing employees to admin status. This guide explains how to do it, step-by-step.

Inviting a New Admin #

  1. On the left-hand side, click Team.
  2. On the top right-hand side, click Invite Employees.
  3. Fill in the employee details (name, email, etc.).
  4. For Role, select Admin.

– Full admin rights include:
– Running payroll
– Accessing all payroll data
– Managing timesheets and syncing
– Managing PTO and other HR functions

Note: On the Premium Plan, you can assign limited admin roles:
Timesheet Manager can add, edit, and approve PTO, manage timesheets, and view employee time data, but cannot see payroll data.

  1. Click Invite Employee.
  2. The employee will receive an invite email. Once they log in via the email, they are granted admin access.
