Accessing Company-Level Payroll Documents {audience: admin} #

These documents include federal and state tax filings submitted on behalf of your company.

Procedure #

Log in as an Admin #

  • Access your Friday dashboard.

Navigate to Reports #

  • From the dashboard, locate Reports (bottom-left side of the screen).
  • Click Reports.

Select Filing Forms #

  • Click Filing Forms.

Open Tax Documents Section #

  • Inside Filing Forms, locate the Tax Documents section.
  • Here you will find:

– Quarterly Form 941 filings
– State tax forms
– Annual Form W-3
– Form 940 (FUTA)

Select the Correct Period #

  • Choose the appropriate quarter or year to download the correct filing.

Go to Team #

  • From the main dashboard, click Team.

Select the Employee #

  • Click on the employee’s name.
  • Their profile page will open.

  • Scroll or navigate to the Payroll Documents section within the employee profile.

Select the Correct Year #

  • By default, the system displays the current year.
  • Change the year dropdown if you need documents from a prior year.
  • Select and download the required document (e.g., W-2).

  • Only users with proper admin permissions can access company-level filings.
  • Always verify the year and quarter before downloading.
  • Employee documents are separated by year and must be manually switched if reviewing prior-year records.
