Name it.
Research shows that your biggest chance for success, growth, and development lies in leveraging your strengths. Identify what you naturally do best, what gets you into a flow state, and what makes you lose track of time because you’re so engaged in it.
Claim it.
Once you gain a deeper understanding of what makes you exceptional, begin to take ownership of your strengths and make them part of your identity. You can start by remembering times in the past when they contributed to your success. Consider how each of your strengths helped you make things happen in your professional and personal life.
Aim it.
After naming and claiming your strengths, you must start using them intentionally. Set strengths-based goals. Pick a specific goal and start exercising your strengths deliberately. When you learn how to leverage them, you’ll maximize your potential and therefore create a path to success.
