It's not about the idea!

Investors prioritize reliable profitability over product or service excitement. A mundane paper towel distribution business with robust systems and processes can be lucrative. Focus on what drives success, not just on the appeal of the product or service.

Even a little goes a long way.

Demonstrating a functioning business is key for investor confidence. A Kavana client in manufacturing raised funds by showing they had 85 sales of a certain product. Similarly, a successful SaaS client had their software used by 7 stores.

Sales projections and use-of-funds.

Start by highlighting the income potential of various revenue streams and explain how raised funds will drive the business to reach specific milestones within five years. While many numbers are essential, focus first on developing these key financial narratives.
