What problem do you solve?

You need to be clear on what problem you solve. This is vital because it is the reason your company exists. There are a million other companies that do what you do so how are you different?


Define your promise.

Say a travel agent solves the problem of sleepless nights when planning for a vacation. The reason they exist is to solve this problem. They promise to make sure you aren’t tired and stressed by the time you arrive.


Empathize

Show people that you care and understand their issues by discussing the pain points they face on your website, social media, and marketing materials. Demonstrate how you deal with solving them by offering practical steps or sharing success stories.
